Chocolate Blueberry Daydream Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
» 2 handfuls fresh blueberries
» 1 large banana (or 1½ small)
» 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
» 1 Tbsp cacao powder
» 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
» 1 tsp hempseed
» 1 Tbsp maca powder
» 1 tsp honey (if desired)

Blend. Drink. Dream... ✨

Cacao opens capillaries, nourishes the nervous system, promotes endorphins, and aids metabolism. Maca boosts libido and increases stamina, and is good for hormonal and emotional balance. Hempseed has omega-3s, minerals, and protein. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, and bananas are a great source of potassium (a mineral electrolyte that helps maintain the flow of electricity which keeps your heart beating!)
