Step outside of your more active, dynamic yoga practice and join us for an inward practice of breathing, meditation, and light movement, leading into stillness and long holds in yin yoga postures.
In this 2-hour exploration, we may approach the edges of our comfort-zone as we work in and through the body to settle the mind, reducing stress and anxiety.
Once we have attuned ourselves to an energy of peace and equanimity, we will embark on a loving-kindness meditation.
This practice will leave you feeling light and energized.
