I’ve always been very active. I love soccer, contact sports, and mountain biking. After getting injured in soccer, tearing up my ACL, a friend of mine suggested I try Bikram Yoga to speed up my recovery. I found myself not being bothered for 90+ minutes by anybody… except myself.
Being so long in the construction industry, doing yoga helped me physically and mentally. As a dedicated practitioner and student for eight years, I made a wish that one day I would like to share my experience, practice and knowledge, and get educated more in this therapy. So I decided to attend the Raja Yoga Academy Teacher Training in Fall 2016. That was a life-changing experience. I was mentored by world-class teachers, I enhanced my practice and knowledge and developed my teaching. My wish came true.
